Hot Yoga Freedom Flow
Freedom Flow is a fun and dynamic routine that gradually works its way into a flowing sequence, linking various Yoga poses together. You will finish feeling energized, calm and ready to face your world. This class is open for all levels with flows that help you to connect and tap into your inner strength.
Hot – Deep Stretch & Relaxation
Enjoy a class with poses that help relieve the effects of chronic stress in several ways. This sequence is designed to release tension and teach the basic fundamentals of Yoga. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Hot – Power Yoga
This class is open for all levels and uses dynamic Vinyasa flowing sequences that will get your heart pumping and help you connect with your inner power. This class will challenge you physically, mentally and spiritually. Leave feeling invigorated, empowered and energized!
Hot Yang and Yin Yoga
Class with poses that help relieve the effects of chronic stress in several ways. The sequence is designed to release tension and teach the basic fundamentals of yoga. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Hot Amazing Arms~Level 1/2/3
This class is designed to target the upper body including the arms, back, chest, shoulders, and core. You should expect to use light weights throughout this class in addition to body-weight sequences. This class is open to all levels and abilities. Please make sure to arrive to class 10 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!
Beginners Hot Flow
This Beginners classes will strengthen stretch, tone and relax your entire body. This class is more gentle and ideal for newcomers to yoga, and we will offer modifications to help you get into the pose more easily. We encourage you to slow down and rest any time you need to. The pace of this class will be slower, so you can focus on your alignment and breath. With the infrared heat you will also allow your body to detoxify at a cellular level. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and rejuvenated.
Hot ABSolutely burning BUTTS!
This class focuses on the abs and butt through a variety of strength-training and body-weight exercises that take elements from a variety of fitness styles. This class is open to all levels. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early and don’t forget your mat, towel, and plenty of water!
Hot Fast and Furious Fusion Challenge
This class is a dynamic fusion that combines a hard core blend of Pilates exercises with the perfect blend of athletic style Yoga to create a toned body and an increased fitness level.
Hot – Lean Mean Legs and Butts
This class will lift and tone you right where you want… the legs and that beautiful backside. Designed to quickly target the lower half of your body, get ready to sweat and feel the burn. Class will be over before you know it!
Hot Barre Fusion
An upbeat and fast-moving class that is inspired by dance and uses the wall or barre for support. Using strength training and cardio to develop your ‘dancer’s’ body of long-lean muscle while improving your balance, flexibility, and range of motion. The new movements will keep your body guessing and you coming back for more.
